Proof of age for articles "free from 18 years of age"


Why is proof of age required?

All products marked with the addition "Free from 18 years of age." may only be given to persons over the age of 18.
In order to comply with the legal regulations and to be able to check your age, we need once a copy of your identity card (from the front and back), only when ordering for the first time. Only your date of birth will be stored by us. Your proof of age is only required for a single confirmation and to determine your date of birth or your age. Your identity card will not be registered. All customer data is subject to data protection and will not be passed on.


How can you send us your proof of age?

You can send us your proof of age

  • by e-mail by sending a scan or photo of your identity card (front and back). Always include in the e-mail your name and order number. Send your proof of age to shops@issprotectiontrade.com
  • by fax as a copy of the front and back side of your identity card, preferably in an enlarged form. Please also state your name, address, e-mail address and/or telephone number on the fax, as well as your order number, so that we can contact you if the transmission was faulty. Please fax your proof of age to +49 2206 9519441
  • by post mail as a copy of the front and back of your identity card in a sufficiently stamped envelope to the address below. Please always include your name and order number.

If you have selected a different delivery address than the billing address when placing your order, we also require proof of the age of the recipient of the delivery address.
Please note that we can only deliver products if we have this proof of age prior to shipment.
Without a proof of age we can unfortunately not immediately dispatch ordered products to you.
If we do not receive a proof of age from you within 7 days after the order, we will consider your order as "cancelled by you".

Attention! The dispatch takes place only as DHL package with DHL IDENT CHECK. Please have your valid identity card ready for delivery.
