QUICKSHIELD - Ballistik (ballistic insert)

• The QUICKSHIELD-Ballistic insert can simply be inserted as a supplement into the QUICKSHIELD pocket of the casual or tactical version and thus serves as additional protection against handgun attacks of class SK1.
• Due to the shortened angle when the arms are outstretched, the QUICKSHIELD ballistic thus protects not only the hands, neck and face but almost the entire upper body and thus vital organs such as the heart and lungs.
• It is an ideal complement to any ballistic west.

• The QUICKSHIELD principle has been tried and tested for 700 years.
  From ancient times to the Middle Ages, the front of the body was never left unprotected during combat. A shield supported the sword hand by protecting the front hand and shoulder.
  Similar to police shields used today, however, these could not be carried permanently. This led to the development of fist shields, also known as bucklers, around the year 900.
  Ninety percent of security force confrontations occur within a distance of zero to three metres. Thus, despite the age of firearms, security forces are predominantly confronted with situations that already existed in the Middle Ages.
